Golden Globes' Truly Weird Supporting Actor Bids

The Golden Globes did very well in their dramatic nominations, including best-series bids for two new cable dramas, "Boardwalk Empire" and "The Walking Dead."

The category that always makes me laugh, though, is the Globes' supporting actor/actress slate in TV, which amounts to a bizarre catchall of sitcoms and dramas, movies and miniseries.

Here's the (very deserving, mostly) list. See if you can make any sense of how to rate one against the other. Frankly, the only fair way to decide this would be a monkey throwing darts:
