Halo 2 Nearly Out the Door

The makers of Halo 2, the most anticipated sequel of the season, is almost ready to ship, according to this BBC Technology article.

For those who aren't familiar with the game, here are notes from the developers, where they discuss the final updates and talk about the early formation of clans. Don't stop there, though. Wired has a piece on the team behind the game.

It's not going to surprise me at all if we see a Halo movie in the works sometime soon. The game has already spawned a series of moderately successful (although not so great) books.

Halo 2 is expected to hit retail shelves on November 9.
