Joan Rivers runs through second season of 'Rich'

Joan Rivers is heading back to TV Land for another round of "How'd You Get So Rich?" The second season will premiere May 5 and air at 10 p.m. Wednesdays.

Mark Burnett, Barry Poznick and John Stevens exec produce the series, which once again has a six-episode order.

The series debuted Aug. 5 to approximately 650,000 viewers (about a 16% increase compared with typical TV Land shows in the time period) and was up to nearly 800,000 three weeks later. Rivers' first-season rags-to-riches forays included a story devoted to the inventor of the Ginsu knife.
