CBS uncovers a second season of "Boss"

Boss
CBS' "Undercover Boss" has been promoted to a second season.

Hit reality skein, which bowed after this year's Super Bowl, is the top-rated new show of the season -- averaging 18.74 million viewers, and 7.1/17 with adults 18-49.

"We are thrilled with the overwhelming response to the series and how audiences seem to connect to it on several levels," said CBS Alternative Programming. Senior VP Jennifer Bresnan.  "The wish fulfillment of seeing the top boss perform jobs of the rank and file is universal, and the employees' stories discovered at each company are often relatable and inspirational."

Stephen Lambert and Eli Holzman executive produce for Studio Lambert.
