Big Monday for History's 'Pawn Stars,' Bravo's 'Watch What Happens'

History won't be hocking away "Pawn Stars" any time soon.

The show, which follows the world of a family-owned pawnshop in Las Vegas, landed History's best-ever telecast ratings on Monday night.

Airing as two back-to-back episodes, "Pawn Stars" averaged 2.9 million adults 18-49 viewers -- making it the No. 1 program in all of TV in that demo at 10 p.m.

The 10:30 episode scored 3 million adults 18-49 viewers, and 5.9 million total viewers -- History's No. 1 telecast of all time.

Those kind of numbers might serve to silence critics still not pleased over History's decision to broaden its programming plate beyond historical-minded programs. 

Meanwhile, over at Bravo, exec-turned-TV host Andy Cohen might want to give himself a raise. "Watch What Happens: Live," hosted by Cohen, attracted 1.9 million total viewers and 1.25 million adults 18-49 -- making it the yakker's most-watched episode yet.

As Bravo noted, "Watch What Happens" beat out cable rivals including "The Daily Show," "Lopez Tonight" and "Chelsea Lately."

Meanwhile, earlier Monday night, Bravo's part two of its three-part (!!!) "The Real Housewives of New York City" reunion special -- also hosted by Cohen -- averaged 2.1 million viewers and 1.3 million adults 18-49. Both programs helped Bravo land its highest-rated Monday in network history.
