"Modern Family" star Jesse Tyler Ferguson just posted this pic via his Twitter feed. This pretty cool cast shot was produced for Emmy magazine, he wrote. I notice they (smartly) took liberty with Sofia Vergara's wardrobe, vs. the famous Norman Rockwell original.
