Brett Ratner's 'Chaos' succumbs to chaos, won't move forward

The Brett Ratner drama "Chaos" isn't expected to move forward after all.
A deal between CBS and 20th Century Fox TV fell apart late Wednesday night, and options for the show's actors were allowed to expire.
