Shaq tries cooking, competitive eating and magic for his ABC show
For season two of "Shaq Vs.," star Shaquille O'Neal will continue to battle sports stars in their field, but is also taking up non-sports challenges as well.
Here's the lineup for this summer's six episodes:
He'll race Dale Earnhardt Jr. at Concord Speedway; try singing vs. Justin Bieber in Orlando; cook opposite Rachael Ray in New York; team up with NBA All-Star Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic, Chris Johnson of the Tennessee Titans and DeSean Jackson of the Philadelphia Eagles to outrun Tyson Gay in a 200-meter relay race; tee off with Charles Barkley in golf; attempt illusionist tricks vs. Penn & Teller in Las Vegas; challenge spelling bee national champion Kavya Shivashankar; box against Sugar Shane Mosley in an exhibition match at Caesars Palace in Vegas; and challenge Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog eating champ Joey Chestnut.
Season two of “Shaq Vs.” launches Tuesday, Aug. 3 at 9 p.m. on ABC. Media Rights Capital and Stewart Street Prods. are behind the show.
