Peter Coyote joins cast of 'Law & Order: Los Angeles'
Peter Coyote has joined the cast of NBC's upcoming "Law & Order: Los Angeles."
Thesp will appear in a recurring role as the District Attorney; his character will oversee the DDAs played by Alfred Molina, Terrence Howard, Regina Hall and Megan Boone.
Coyote is no stranger to the "Law & Order"/Dick Wolf world, having guested on "Law & Order: Criminal Intent." He also guested on the short-lived "Law & Order: Trial By Jury."
Coyote's other recent TV credits include playing the President on two episodes of last season's "Flashforward." He also appeared on "Brothers and Sisters," "The 4400" and "Commander in Chief." His lengthy feature resume includes "E.T."
