How to get the greenlight for free multiplatform Olympics viewing
If you're one of this nation’s more than 100 million cable, satellite and telco customers (and get CNBC and MSNBC as part of your service), here's how you can get approved to watch NBC's 3,500 hours of live streaming Olympics coverage this summer:
1. Go to NBCOlympics.com/LiveExtra.
2. Click the “Click Here & Get Ready” button.
3. Select your cable, satellite or telco provider.
4. Enter the username and password that corresponds with your account.
You'll need to do this for each device you intend to use for Olympics viewing.
