Top's Top

Carrot Top, the prop comic, is coming to town [RUN!]. We bet they'll be selling grey V-neck T-shirts with a 60's-ish blobby type logo. Feed the Carrot Top T-shirt zeitgeist. It's hungry, but seemingly unrelated to these folks here.

  • Wearivity: D. We'd give you the shirt off our back; thus,
  • Giftiness: B. Groovy for a redhead you might know, who's either weirdly hip or hip enough to be unashamedly unhip.

Oh what a web search will find: From Haypenny comes Carrot Top selling AT&T service to the surprize and chagrin of an executive VP. Read back'n'forth emails with the ad agency. Highlights:

"Oh for fuck’s sake, that can’t be his name."
    And:
"It’s like Jerry Lewis and the French. It’s impossible to explain."
BTW, comic's real name: Scott Thompson (but he's not comic Scott Thompson, here at left, being too '60s too).
