I didn't ask Dan Houser about a PC version

Just to publicly answer a question that numerous people have asked me via e-mail and in comments: No, I didn't ask Dan Houser in our interview a few weeks ago why "GTA IV" isn't initially coming out on PC and whether it eventually will. So I don't know anything more about that than you all do (to wit: They haven't announced anything yet, so it's not coming anytime soon).

Well from the movie i seen form GTA4 they are now even worse then that hot coffee so they haven't ;earned there lesson at all. There is far more sex in GTA4 then there was in any previous games.

After the hot coffee fiasco (which wasn't modders fault) but was characterised in the mass media as modders fault I seriously doubt the odds of a PC game this round.

Rockstar aren't exactly the most PC friendly company to begin with and after being burnt with hot coffee (zing) they are probably not too thrilled about shipping a PC version which will only make it easier for all and sundry to go snooping about in the games data files and of course mod it.

But modding has been useful to GTA it constantly keeps the game in the news every now and then so maybe but with DLC for GTA4 and Rockstar looking to milk that cash cow I cant see a PC version happening any time soon maybe a year or two after the release of GTA4.
