Gears of War reality show? eh?
The "Rock Band" reality show I get. That's pretty straightforward. You play the instrument controllers on stage and rock out the best you can.
But now Spike TV is auditioning people for a "Gears of War" reality show. Huh? I'm not making fun, I'm just honestly really curious to see what it's going to be... Paintball lancers? Chainsawing dummies? Curb stomping watermelons? The website says it will feel like "an alternate reality game brought to life," so maybe it's more a race around... well, somewhere... based on your knowledge of "Gears of War" trivia?
There's precious little info, with the focus more on what the winners get: "Becoming the first gamers in the world to play through the entire saga of Gears of War 2 in early October." That's pretty soon, so I'll be very curious to see just who Spike gets together and what the heck they'll be doing.
