This is extraordinarily unfortunate. A great source of info and cultural analysis is no more. Please reconsider. Or at least provide a reasonable explanation.

This is unfortunate if it has anything to do with fear on the part of Variety, which one can only assume due to the rather curt "The Porning Report is no longer being updated." Anyway, thanks to Frank for his great blog. It will be missed.

Wait so the Porning Report is getting the boot? But Variety's other blogs (about comic books and electronic gaming) get to stay? Do I need to ask more rhetorical questions before I call out the Variety editors as the biggest pussies on the planet.
