We received our Mozzee Nest Chair and also found it to be terribly flawed and quite dangerous.

The tray has tiny pinholes all over and around it. During use, the pinholes immediately fill with food and breed bacteria. There is no way to clean out the pinholes. We contacted the store we bought it from and Mozzee openly admitted to the problem! Then Mozzee went on to blame me for being a difficult person. I guess I'm difficult because I won't feed my daughter on a bacteria laden tray that is uncleanable (we tried every reasonable household solvent to clean out those holes but it's outright impossible). I recommend strongly against purchasing the Mozzee and it would seem reasonable that a FTC recall may be issued for the product. I filed an FTC complaint before making this post in the hopes of protecting fellow parents from this dangerous product :(

Here was their response (from Mozzee):

"The nature of the rotomoulded polyethylene pieces is such that there are tiny pin holes over the surface which (like most plastics) can absorb some colour of high colour content foods (for example ketchup or tomatoe based sauces). This is why we advise in the care instructions to remove food spills after each use.

BTW I am sorry you have the misfortune of dealing with Joshua. He tried to haggle with me a while ago and I referred him to our Vancouver based stockist whom he subsequently insulted. After which, he must have gotten in touch with you. He is a difficult person to deal with."
