I got this one signed and framed, but without the drama of the one pictured above.

I am jealous. And bidding is already up to $31 on the molecular gastronomy masterpiece, with 5 days to go. Damn Gawker.

The depth of Achewood's gastronomical commentary is pretty absurd. There's also the bacon-of-the-month blog and that brilliant home fries recipe: "Don't get bogus with your potatoes."
