8 ounces of straight-up vodka (and no, I don't even consider it -tini by any means) -- is there a paramedic with a stomach pump nearby too?

Nick

They rectified the spirit of Ethel Barrymore for that vodka? Damn, now I have to try it.

Dana Harris

You get to keep the glass, but paramedics are not included.

We were offered this amazing vodka in Rome and loved it, on the rocks with a small piece of lemomn!

Good vodka, but count me among those believing that if it's not gin, it's not a Martini.

Does "dried wheaten crusts" refer to the leftovers from last night's pizza? Recycling is good, but that's pushing the concept a little too far.

Stewart Morton

The martini is more often than not served with vodka today because of the huge popularity of the spirit. I tried Kauffman in Sardinia and it is an awesome, super smooth spirit that is terrific alone, or with a slight twist, an olive!
