SCHIZOPHRENIA: DIAGNOSIS OR CUISINE? From a press release for Hidden, a new restaurant in Santa Monica: "The progressive concept will offer a collection of international cuisines in an atmosphere somewhere between restaurant and lounge. And while the vibe is social, Hidden is firmly committed to its culinary mission: to showcase the best examples of authentic fare from Japan, Spain, Vietnam and Italy." ADDED: Earlier this month, Eater LA was similarly underwhelmed.
