Celine Dion Sets North America Tour
Celine Dion has booked 45 North American dates from Aug. 12 in Boston and to Jan. 30, 2009 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Dion will perform at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Sept. 15 and in L.A. at Staples Center on Dec. 2, 2008.
Dion’s album “Taking Chances” will be released Tuesday by Columbia Records. From Feb. 14 until July 9, Dion will be touring Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe. Show is being directed by Jamie King, who most recently did Madonna's Confessions World Tour.

Throughout her career Celine has been honored with over 1000 Awards, including Grammys, Oscars, Golden Globes, World Music, Juno and Felix Awards. She is the biggest-selling female artist of all time.

Does anyone know what songs Celine is promoting in her 2008 world tour. I have tickets to see her in France in July although she is now touring the UK in May time. I was wondering will she sing alot of her french songs in france or will it all be the same concert whatever country shes in?

I saw Celine Dion on her 1999 Lets talk about Love tour. When she stopped in Minneapolis it was an English concert with one or two french songs. When I seen her on the same tour in Montreal (French Canada) there were many English songs but the overall show was a french show. Much of the show was the same but there were more French songs in the French city than there was in the English city. Hope that helps.
