Set List: Counting Crows, Los Angeles 2008

During the Q&A portion of a shoot for a Yahoo! video concert,  Adam Duritz shared his fondness for Miles Davis, Rhino's 1970s punk box set "No Thanks!" and the string arrangements Vince Mendoza wrote for their performance with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. He actually joked around a bit as well.
Band is out promoting new album "Saturday Nights & Sunday Mornings," for which All Music Guide is giving a thorough explanation in its enthusiastic review.
Counting Crows will be at the L.A. Apple Store Thursday; perform in Europe from late May to early July and then start a tour with Maroon 5 on July 25 in Virginia. Monday's Nissan Live Sets concert can be seen here beginning April 15.
