Sigur Rós will preview songs from their  forthcoming fifth album, "Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust,"  at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art on June 17 as part of the museum’s PopRally series.
Show is being held in conjunction with an exhibition of the work of fellow Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson titled “Take your time:  Olafur Eliasson” on view at MoMA and P.S.1 through June 30.Eliasson creates immersive environments and large-scale installations.
Sigur Ros has only announced five North American dates: Omaha and Kansas City on June 11 and 12, Bonnaroo on the 14th and the Grand Ballroom in NYC on the 16th.
Band is taking pre-orders on the new album, which can be purchased as a $100 special edition or $12 CD.
