House of Blues will take a bath at the bar on Monday: Corbin Bleu, the star of Disney's two "High School Musicals" and the film "Catch That Kid," is booked to perform at the Sunset Strip club. He has no other dates scheduled. Showtime is 7 p.m.Tickets are 30 bucks and on sale now.
