Cruise Talks Scientology

Gawker's reposted that Tom Cruise Scientology indoctrination video that was taken off the Internet some time back. It's fascinating to see how strongly Cruise feels about his mission in life. He's a Good Samaritan on one hand, but on the other he knows better than everyone else.

It's all jolly good fun, yes, but whatever happened to religious tolerance? We're so careful and sensitive to the differences between us in this great melting pot country of ours, except for when it comes to Scientology. I for one am BORED by the jokes. As a good friend just pointed out to me, Tom Cruise is not a child molester, nor has he murdered anyone as far as we know, so how about just giving him a break? Actually, how about giving all the Scientologists a break while we're at it?
