Will the Golden Globes still go?

Globe_statue_150Contrary to recent reports, the LAT is reporting that the Golden Globes Show will go on. I'll believe a televised show when I see it. If there are WGA pickets, there will be no celebrities. Skipping the NBC of it all, no matter what the revenue loss, is the way for the show to go forward.

SAG says actors won't do Globes
SAG president Alan Rosenberg has announced that not one of the more than 70 actors nominated for a Golden Globe will attend the Jan. 13 ceremonies. And Rosenberg also told reps for actor nominees Friday that the WGA would be pleased if they didn't attend Monday night's Broadcast Critics Awards event either, which is being shown on VH1, and is not being picketed.
