If only ABC would broadcast this Blog as a ticker running beneath their ho-hum telecast... now that would be entertainment!
Keep the posts flowing and hold back nothing!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

your sistah Jods

"Infernal Affairs" is Japanese?!! What the hell, man?! Does that make "The Departed" Canadian? Doesn't the Acad have access to IMDB?

Pam Teagarden

You are doing a fab job of blogging these awards, and your dress?!?!? Ghost, isn't it?!

Since you are backstage, do you get to be a part of the shadow dancing? I thought I saw you as a part of the van in Li'l Miss Sunshine? I know I saw you!!!

Ellie

Nobody can accuse you of not bleeding for your art. But what about those tumblers huh? A giant shoe... go figure.

Pam Teagarden

Where was Anna Nicole in the memorium? Didn't she star in a movie about blonde aliens?

Great job!!!! We have LOVED reading this during our viewing party. Thanks from Jody, Amy, Mary Emily, Debbie and Pam!!!

Bye you.

Kevin

Dana,
What an amazing job.
My family still doesn't understand why I kept jumping up from the telly. You're quips & commentary made this Awards night that much more entertaining and interesting.

Now on to the parties!

Well done!

Claude

Dana, hope the finger gets better.

Was it just me, or when Apocalypto was first mentioned for makeup, there were loud boos that were quickly turned down in the broadcast? I only heard polite clapping for the other two times it was mentioned.

Too bad I found this blog on Monday. Great stuff, shades of the NBA Draft on ESPN.com Page 2. Really, I mean that as a compliment.

Funny to hear the "Dreamgirls" mixers drinking so much Haterade, especially since most people don't know the difference between sound mixing and sound editing. And don't care :)

Congratulations. This was wonderful. The viewpoint of a Real Person at a very strange event. Loved it!
