The writers are missing an opportunity in their picket signs. They need to use all the great movie quotes written by WGA members. There was an ad campaign a few years ago that did this. From "Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine." to "My Mama always said, 'Life was like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're gonna get.'" . These words will serve to remind the public of the impact a film or TV writer has on culture as well as remind everyone what billion dollar franchises are created for them by these writers. One quote per sign please and if you can get the guy (or gal "I'll have what she's having") who wrote it to hold the sign that would be a great photo op.
