Dwight Schrute, diplomat?

DwightschruthDwight the diplomat?

"Office" thesp Rainn Wilson, a newly minted WGA member, was on hand for Friday's WGA rally and he was bait for the TV cameras. Goaded a bit by a reporter (not this one), Wilson offered to employ the commando tactics favored by his "Office" persona, the tightly wound paper salesman Dwight Schrute, and help mediate if the two sides would just agree to give it another go.

"If the heads of the (studios) and the guild want to sit down in the Dunder Mifflin conference room in Scranton, Pennsylvania, I will dress up as Dwight and broker that meeting," he said, with the sweetest of smiles.
