No Dundies this week: "The Office" shuts down.

NBC's Universal Media Studios has shut down production on its Thursday night hit "The Office."

Peacock had been trying to fit in production of at least one more episode of the show this week. A few scenes were shot Monday and Tuesday, but production was hampered by the fact that several actors either called in sick or chose to walk the picket lines.

Today, UMS threw in the towel and decided to shut down production on the episode. No more segs will be produced until after the strike is over.

NBC plans on airing original segs of the show this Thursday and Nov. 15. After that, however, it's hiatusville.
