Rally today at Fox Plaza

TommorelloThis just in: Today's mega-rally at Fox will be centered around the Fox Plaza building on Avenue of the Stars, rather than the studio's main entrance on Pico Boulevard, as many of us presumed when we heard "rally at Fox." Speakers set for the 10 a.m-noon event include WGA West prexy Patric Verrone and SAG boss Alan Rosenberg.

According to an email sent out late Thursday by the guild, today's event will also feature an acoustic mini-set by rocker Tom Morello (pictured left) of Rage Against the Machine and AudioSlave fame.

The Avenue of the Stars locale is going to make parking a big challenge. I'm guessing you'll see a steady stream of strikers and journos hoofing it from points south of Pico and on the BevHills side streets closest to the Avenue of the Stars jog. Definitely wearing running shoes today.
