Striking scribes continue to find ways to re-channel their creative energies This just in from the Laugh Factory:
Striking writers return to their stand up comedy roots starting Tuesday November 20th at 8 p.m. at the Laugh Factory.
While negotiations between the Writers Guild and the producers are at an impasse, writers Neal Brennan (Chappelle’s Show), Jordan Rubin (The Man Show), Fred Wolf (Saturday Night Live), Jeff Cohen (The Tonight Show) Jeff Cesario (The Larry Sanders Show) and Allan Stephens (Roseanne, Arli$$) resume their original passion stand up comedy.
“We are excited to support the writers and hopefully they can entertain their fans who can no longer see their writing on television,” says owner Jamie Masada.
